Abraham Lincoln

Abraham Lincoln was born in February 12, 1809 in Hodgenville in Kentucky, he was the son of Thomas and Nancy Hanks Lincoln, and he got his name from his paternal Grandfather. Abraham Lincoln’s dad was a carpenter and a farmer. As Abraham Lincoln grown up, he loved to read and preferred to working in the fields. This led to a bad relationship with his dad. Abraham was constantly borrowing books from the neighbors.When he was a young man he worked at several jobs including operating a store or serving as a postmaster. He impressed the residents with his character and earned the nickname "Honest Abe”. 

Abraham Lincoln’s family moved to southern Indiana in 1816. Lincoln’s school was limited to three brief periods in local schools, because he had to work constantly to support his family. In 1830, his family moved to Macon County in southern Illinois. Abraham Lincoln became USA´s 16^th president. He was the president below the civil war from 1861to 1865. Abraham Lincoln got assassinated in Ford’s Theatre in Washington 14. April 1865, while he saw “Our American Cousin”.  He died the day after because of his injuries. the murder was the Shakespeare actor John Wilkes Booth. He became a lawyer in Illinois and a Whig party leader. Abraham Lincoln had four children, Robert Todd Lincoln, Edward Baker Lincoln, Willie Lincoln and Tad Lincoln, his wife’s name was Mary Todd. In 1860 when Abraham Lincoln was a presidential candidate, he got interviewed by a  journalist, about his childhood, he said that his family was poor and his father was a carpenter and a farmer and his father was a hard worker. Abrahams mother was 25 years old when she born him, Abrahams mother couldn't read or write but but she was naturally gifted. 

Brobygning

Første dag skulle jeg til Hillerød på Erhvervskolen Nordsjælland, men jeg var der ikke den dag, så jeg kan ikke rigtig sige hvad der var godt eller dårligt.

Anden dag skulle jeg til Lyngby handelsskole og det syntes jeg var nogenlunde, men det er ikke rigtig noget for mig da jeg ikke interessere mig for hverken noget med økonomi eller handel. Efter introduktionen fik vi en rundvisning i gymnasiet. Vi fik undervisning i afsætning hvor vi selv skulle lave vores egen restaurant. Vi fik til opgave at lave et navn til restaurant og derefter skulle vi lave en målgruppe og priser. Vi skulle også give løn til medarbejderne.

Tredje dag skulle vi til Marie Kruse gymnasium stx, først skulle vi høre hvad vi skulle af en af lærerne på skolen. Derefter skulle vi finde ud af hvad vi skulle, mig, Mikkel n, Kubra og Klara skulle til time i religion med en klasse fra gymnasiet.
